I began my real estate career after graduating from Texas Tech with a degree in Business Marketing in 1992. It was an honor to be hired that year at Coldwell Banker under my broker, Rick Canup, a man I deeply respect. As a realtor I wear many "hats" - negotiator, problem solver, marketing, sales person, stager, advisor, and even at times marriage counselor. Through our strong CB leadership locally and nationally, I have learned much about this industry. I am so thankful for each person and family in the last 30+ years that I have had the responsibility and honor to assist. I look forward to the future of those I will have the privilege to meet and guide through their matters of real estate.

"Clay went to Dallas to find a wife to make sure he didn't marry a cousin," has been our joke since 1997 when we married. Clay grew up here in Lubbock and Shallowater, I got here as soon as I could. It is a great place to live, work, and raise a family. I had been teaching elementary school and Clay's business was growing. In 2000, Clay asked me to join him at Coldwell Banker. In 2004, we hired another helper for Clay and I stayed home a few years with our newborn daughter. Over the last 20 years I have been by his side. We have really enjoyed serving together and been blessed by so many wonderful people.

Over 13 years in the industry, I've honed my skills and built relationships over the West Texas area. I have had an exciting and fulfilling career as a realtor, starting in Colorado City, Texas. Seven years of working in a small market allowed for experience in residential, farm and ranch, and some commercial deals. Since moving to the Lubbock area I've worked with Coldwell Banker Trusted Advisors for six years. In 2018 I began here in residential sales and then management allowed me to expand my expertise by delving into property management. In the spring of 2022 I joined The Clay Enger Team. Jumping back into sales has been a valuable and enriching experience for me as a realtor. Working alongside experienced professionals like Clay Enger and his team has been instrumental in my growth and development.
Outside of my professional life, I have a loving husband and three boys. My passion for supporting my children in their endeavors, particularly football, has deeply enriched my life! As a family we are service-oriented in nature and reflect our willingness to give back to the community. I am blessed to have a well-rounded and fulfilling life that balances my career with my family's interests and my desire to make a positive impact on others. My diverse background and commitment to service has helped to build strong relationships with my clients and make a positive impact in the real estate community.
